We hosted our first-ever Open House for our Spec Building Nazas at Parque Industrial Amistad Laguna.
Local brokers and industry partners joined us to tour the facility, explore its features, and discuss the exciting opportunities this project represents.

We are honored to be recognized at the GRI Real Estate Awards Mexico 2025, where our Bendix BTS project earned a spot in the Top 3 “Best Sustainable Projects” in Mexico.

We are excited to welcome Bühler to the AMISTAD family! Bühler celebrated the groundbreaking of its new facility in our Amistad Laguna Industrial Park in Torreon, Coahuila. They will be manufacturing machinery and equipment for the agriculture sector.

Yesterday, we welcomed Ziemann Holvrieka to the Amistad family. Their 86,174 SQ. FT. production facility is located in our Amistad Chuy María Industrial Park in Ramos Arizpe, making this their first project in Mexico. We take pride in being chosen to be part of their success story and continued growth in Mexico.
