The Mexican Stock Exchange held its annual member’s meeting. Among the topics discussed at the 11th meeting were general stock performance and future plans for the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. Amistad is a proud member of the Mexican Stock Exchange and looks forward to generating continued positive results.

Amistad joins the sustainable real estate strategy! We proudly announce that Ikano Industry Mexico Campus achieved LEED Gold Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. This is the first LEED Gold v4 green building in the state of Coahuila, which sets the standard for future projects, in an effort for a greener, more sustainable future for our generation and the next.

Amistad Industrial Developers is proud to inaugurate its first pollinator garden that will provide the monarch butterfly with a stop on their long journey from Canada to South-Central Mexico.
The garden will also serve as a habitat for other pollinators that will help the new garden reproduce. We are committed to making socially responsible business practices a part of our day-to-day.

The Diego Family and the AHIA corporate team held the ribbon cutting of their most recent office/call center at Amistad´s Los Olivos Plaza. This is AHIA´s second project with Amistad.

Governor Miguel Riquelme and Marco Ramon President of Parques Industriales Amistad visited the “Chata Ramon” campus of the Universidad Tecnologica de Ciudad Acuña along with the university board of regents to supervise the progress of additional buildings. Amistad donated the 23 hectares of land on which the University is located. This is part of Amistad’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.
