Welcome Posco! We are honored to have Posco as part of our client family. This South Korean steel-making company has expanded its presence in Mexico by purchasing 5 hectares in our state-of-the-art Chuy Maria Industrial Park in Ramos Arizpe. They will produce driving motor cores for electric vehicles.

Layer 9 selects Amistad Chuy Maria Bajio to build its first Data Center in LATIN AMERICA. They will begin with a 250,000 sqft phase 1 master plan to deliver a 32 MW powered shell building with turn-key center suit capacity in central Mexico. Thank you to Layer 9, our newest member of the Amistad family!

The Mexican Stock Exchange held its annual member’s meeting. Among the topics discussed at the 11th meeting were general stock performance and future plans for the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. Amistad is a proud member of the Mexican Stock Exchange and looks forward to generating continued positive results.

Amistad joins the sustainable real estate strategy! We proudly announce that Ikano Industry Mexico Campus achieved LEED Gold Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. This is the first LEED Gold v4 green building in the state of Coahuila, which sets the standard for future projects, in an effort for a greener, more sustainable future for our generation and the next.
