Governor Miguel Riquelme and Marco Ramon President of Parques Industriales Amistad visited the “Chata Ramon” campus of the Universidad Tecnologica de Ciudad Acuña along with the university board of regents to supervise the progress of additional buildings. Amistad donated the 23 hectares of land on which the University is located. This is part of Amistad’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.

On April 21st, the Governor of Coahuila Miguel A. Riquelme Solis and Martinrea officially announced its 179,000 sq. ft. expansion for their MJ Facility at Amistad Airport Industrial Park. We are honored to be part of Martinrea’s growth in Mexico.

The Amistad team is excited to welcome FRS a Park Ohio company to our family of businesses.
Our state Governor, Miguel Riquelme led the groundbreaking ceremony of the 162,000 sq. ft. facility. FRS will supply metal fluid routing systems to clients such as Nissan, Ford, Chrysler, GM, and Fiat among others.

This past Wednesday Guanajuato’s Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo preceded the official opening ceremony at our newest industrial park, Parque Amistad Chuy Maria Guanajuato. The park is the namesake of our founder Jesus Maria Ramon Valdes, whose vision and legacy continue to provide a platform for industrial and logistics companies who seek to invest in Mexico. Parque Industrial Chuy Maria Guanajuato has 235 hectares in its initial stage, electrical substation, water treatment plant, natural gas, security, and controlled 24-hour access.

On January 29th, the Governor of Coahuila Miguel Riquelme officially announced Lennox’s 3rd Plant in the region. The 375,000 sqft building with corporate offices is being built by our Amistad Construction Division at Amistad Airport Industrial Park. We are honored by Lennox’s trust and continued business.

A success story that began in 2014 continues. Today, Governor Miguel Riquelme announced Sanhua Mexico Investments 180 MUSD direct investment in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. Consolidating its 20 hectare Campus at our Amistad Airport Industrial Park.
