On Wednesday, we had the groundbreaking ceremony for SAF-Holland Inc. for their 158,000 sq. ft facility in our Amistad Piedras Negras Sur Industrial Park. We thank SAF Holland for trusting Amistad to be a part of

On Oct 19th, celebrating their 38th anniversary, Sanhua Mexico inaugurated its 950,000 sq. ft. campus in Ramos Arizpe. We are proud to be a part of Sanhua’s accelerated growth over the past years within Amistad Airport Industrial Park.

Welcome Posco! We are honored to have Posco as part of our client family. This South Korean steel-making company has expanded its presence in Mexico by purchasing 5 hectares in our state-of-the-art Chuy Maria Industrial Park in Ramos Arizpe. They will produce driving motor cores for electric vehicles.

Layer 9 selects Amistad Chuy Maria Bajio to build its first Data Center in LATIN AMERICA. They will begin with a 250,000 sqft phase 1 master plan to deliver a 32 MW powered shell building with turn-key center suit capacity in central Mexico.
